Location: the hotel was not far from the MRT. A few times I ate at Poke Sushi Dharmawangsa, located relatively close to the property. The breakfast was extensive and offered a great selection of items

I was impressed by the beautiful and stylish lobby of Sutasoma, which gave off a royal Javanese vibe. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to several malls. The room itself was spacious and well-decorated, with a smart TV that provided entertainment. I appreciated the effort put into cleanliness, as the bathroom was super clean and had a nice scent. The hotel provided a welcome platter upon check-in. The breakfast buffet had a variety of unique options like Gado Gado & Ketoprak Station, and they even accommodated my request for Indomie. The staff were pretty good by setting up a birthday decoration and giving me a complimentary cake.

The room service's payment procedure was somewhat confusing, with staff using a card machine in-room, disrupting relaxation time.
